Returns & Refunds

Customers wishing to request a return or refund should contact us within 3 days of receiving their order, providing the order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.
Products should generally be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed supplements are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, Defective, Expired, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, photographs, and a description of the issue.
